General operating conditions:

This Sport Flying Device (UL aircraft) is operated in accordance with the regulations and other conditions of the Amateur Aviation Association (LAA CR), as a body of professional supervision, established by the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic, in this area of civil aviation.

Insurance:

As a member of the LAA CR, I am legally insured for damage caused by the operation of S.L.Z. third parties and passenger in accordance with REGULATION 785/2004 of the European Parliament. Upon request, I will send you a certificate, which is an obligation to have on board during the flight together with other documents.

Terms and conditions:

If you are a flight with me, you confirm by doing so of your own free will, aware of the possible consequences, context, and I, as a service provider, have been most helpful in getting acquainted with these consequences!

Cancellation and business conditions:

  1. By booking the service, you agree to the following "cancellation conditions" and subsequent electronic communication.
  2. When confirming the reservation, you will be sent an electronic code, which will serve as a Variable Symbol for payments (when paying via Trisbee, please enter it in the note)
  3. After payment, a voucher (or a gift voucher) will be generated and sent to you, which is transferable to other person.
  4. In case of impossibility to perform the flight for objective reasons (weather or any other "force majeure"), alternative dates will be proposed to you together with the substantiated justification. If these reasons are extended to more than 21 days, the payment will be refunded to you immediately upon request.
  5. If there are such unavoidable documented reasons on your part (natural disaster, illness, hospitalization, etc.), the procedure is similar.
  6. You can cancel your reservation at any time without giving a reason under the following conditions:
  • less than 15 days in advance - cancellation fee 25%
  • less than 7 days in advance - cancellation fee 50%
  • less than 2 days in advance - cancellation fee 80%
  • less than 24 hours in advance - cancellation  fee 100%
